This is a well written book with humor and clarity. Anyone who does not understand this problem will be enlightened. I now take more time to consider what I put into my body and for that I am thankful. If you are looking for a quick read with great information this is your book.
Wow... I had no idea what Gluten even was, let alone how it had been destroying my body.
I've had joint pain and inflammation in my knees, elbows and toes for years.. almost to where i can't walk.
I've been searching for answers outside of just taking more pills to help the issue which ended up causing other issues and someone told me about Gluten and this book so I figured it was worth a shot.
Bottom line, ALL my joint pain and swelling issues have completely gone away now after being gluten-free for 3 months. I can't tell you how much this has improved my life and I owe it all to Roxanne and her book which helped open my eyes to this possibility. The book itself is really easy to read, all the good stuff without all the usual fluff and stale, medical jargon. I appreciate where the author is coming from and the recipes in the back are delicious and helpful as well.
